Job summary

Daifuku is seeking a field service engineer to sustain AMHS equipment at customer facilities. The role involves proactive issue identification, error recovery, and performing preventative maintenance under limited supervision.

Responsibilities include daily PMs, maintaining service logs, and ensuring equipment readiness. L3 certification or higher is required, with travel to support multiple sites as needed.

Qualifications

• AS/BS degree or technical degree equivalent with 2 - 4 years’ experience or equivalent work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and service site equipment as a member of the sustaining team by observing the equipment in operation and proactively identify and resolve daily issues to prevent downtime.
• Perform daily preventive maintenance on AMHS systems according to factory and customer specifications.
• Maintain L3 certification or above on all site equipment and systems and update skills with new equipment and procedures.
• Manage stock and parts inventories, follow stock handling procedures, and report discrepancies to EIC/SC for correction.
• Assist during installations or modifications in coordination with Installation team and support site projects as assigned.
