Job summary

Resilience is seeking an Automated Material Handling Systems (AMHS) Manufacturing Systems Engineer to support day-to-day operations and lead improvements for digital platforms focused on WES, AMRs and ASRS. You will define requirements, develop specifications, and work with vendors to implement changes with validation.

You will collaborate across Quality, Validation, IT, Manufacturing and Supply Chain, coordinating lifecycle documentation, Change Controls, and system patching while enabling

Qualifications

• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Warehouse Execution Systems (WES).
• Working knowledge of SQL queries.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills with internal and external teams.
• Experience with Change Controls using Veeva Vault QMS.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and implement Continuous Improvement projects for Digital platforms (AMHS).
• Lead CapEx projects and document lifecycle artifacts (IQ/OQ/PQ, SOPs, WIs).
• Coordinate patching, SSL renewals, and system audits for AMHS platforms.
• Develop AI-based troubleshooting tools and maintain knowledge bases in ServiceNow.
• Provide day-to-day and on-call support and collaborate across multiple departments.
