Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
• Ability to learn engineering principles and work in a team.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn and support AMHS equipment and factory automation systems.
• Use data to identify equipment performance trends and drive improvements.
• Assist with troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and problem solving.
• Apply structured methods (FMEA, 8D, SPC) to improve reliability and productivity.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve equipment performance.
• Support equipment qualification, startup, and optimization activities.
• Help with preventive maintenance and spare parts management.
• Develop knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and automation.
• Utilize AI and analytics to improve efficiency and identify trends.
• Learn and apply digital manufacturing solutions to support CI initiatives.
