Job summary

Qualified candidates hold licensure (LPC/LCPC/LCSW/LMSW/LMFT/LMHC) and a Master's in a related field; 2 years of school-based experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensure as a mental health professional (LPC/LCPC/LCSW/LMSW/LMFT/LMHC).
• Master's degree in social work, psychology, or related field.
• 2 years of experience working with children/adolescents in school or behavior health settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, or push-in counseling to students per IEP/BIP.
• Collaborate on IEPs including social-emotional goals and meetings.
• Complete social-emotional and behavior assessments; develop BIPs and transition plans.
• Implement behavior management and de-escalation strategies to ensure student safety.
• Support social-emotional learning through curricula and targeted interventions.
• Coordinate with external partners to support students and families.
