United Way of the Greater Lehigh Valley (UWGLV) seeks an AmeriCorps VISTA member to strengthen grassroots nonprofits through capacity building, data analysis, and resource development. The VISTA will assess nonprofit needs, collect and analyze data, and help develop training materials, workshops, resource libraries, and evaluation systems.

The member will also research funding opportunities, support grant prospecting and donor systems, and help connect organizations with grants, scholarships,

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Experience in community outreach or nonprofit settings is a plus.
• Strong communication and grant writing skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess nonprofit needs, collect/analyze data, and help develop training materials.
• Create workshops, resource libraries, and evaluation systems.
• Research funding opportunities and support grant prospecting/donor systems.
• Connect organizations with grants, scholarships, and resources.
• Support communications, engagement data, and report/dashboard development.
