Job summary

UWGLV AmeriCorps in Allentown, PA is seeking a Grants and Research AmeriCorps VISTA to expand resources and address community needs. Working with the Grants Administration team, the VISTA will research grant opportunities, explore funding partners, and help develop a grants policy manual to streamline processes.

The position is based mainly in Allentown with at least 60% in-person work, offering a direct opportunity to strengthen service delivery and community capacity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must be able to report in person for work in Lehigh, Northampton or Carbon counties.
• Must be able to secure clearances to work with vulnerable populations (Act 153).

Responsibilities

• Research and identify new grant opportunities.
• Support the creation of a grants policy manual to streamline processes.
