VHCB AmeriCorps seeks a Team Engagement & Service Coordinator to connect members with communities and lead service projects in Vermont. You will support member development and promote the program’s mission across events and outreach activities.

The role emphasizes collaboration, leadership, and delivering a meaningful ISP while aligning with VHCB’s service goals and housing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service projects for VHCB AmeriCorps cohort.
• Conduct site visits with each VHCB AmeriCorps Member.
• Support member professional development and trainings.
• Conduct outreach and promote the program’s mission.
• Support staff in delivering trainings and events for the cohort.
• Complete an extensive Independent Service Project (ISP).
• Implement member appreciation efforts.
• Share program impact through social media and newsletters.
• Foster member connections through events and discussions.
• Participate in program initiatives and outreach activities.
