The LA Y operates 29 Centers and over 200 program sites across LA County.POSITION SUMMARYProvide administrative, data, and systems support for the day-to-day implementation of the YMCA of Metropolitan Los Angeles AmeriCorps Seniors RSVP program.Manage AmeriCorps Seniors volunteer information within VolunteerMatters and other applicable YMCA systems, ensuring records are accurate, complete, and up to date.Create, update, and maintain AmeriCorps Seniors volunteer opportunities and projects within VolunteerMatters to support volunteer recruitment, registration, and participation.Support AmeriCorps Seniors volunteers with account creation, program enrollment, opportunity registration, and general questions related to the volunteer process.Monitor volunteer registration and participation and work with Project Coordinators to identify missing information, incomplete enrollment, or other follow-up needs.Track and maintain required volunteer information, including service hours, training completion, role assignments, background check status, and other required program documentation.Run regular reports to support program monitoring, volunteer recruitment and engagement goals, performance measures, grant reporting, and program evaluation.Conduct routine database review and data quality checks to ensure accurate and consistent volunteer and program records.Support the Project Director with the preparation and organization of data, documentation, reports, and materials required for AmeriCorps Seniors reporting and compliance.Work closely with Project Coordinators to support regional data needs, volunteer registration, project tracking, and follow-up with assigned volunteer stations.Maintain organized electronic program files, records, tracking documents, and other administrative materials in accordance with YMCA and AmeriCorps Seniors requirements.Assist with program communications, volunteer resources, training materials, meeting preparation, scheduling, and other administrative needs supporting the AmeriCorps Seniors RSVP team.Support the collection and organization of volunteer and participant data used to monitor program outcomes and progress toward established AmeriCorps Seniors performance measures.Provide additional administrative and program support to the Project Director and Project Coordinators to promote consistent, efficient, and effective program implementation.Grant Funded Position: Continued employment is contingent upon the availability of grant funding, ongoing program needs, and satisfactory job performance. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and database/CRM systems.CERTIFICATIONS:No specific certification is required.
