Goodwill Northern New England is seeking an AmeriCorps Coordinator to oversee a portfolio across ME and NH. You will recruit, train, place and supervise 10 to 50 members, manage case files, and report on program activities for host sites and partners.

Travel is required to worksites and meetings. The role emphasizes collaboration with program managers, partners, and the wider Goodwill AmeriCorps network to advance community impact.

Qualifications

• 2 years of work or volunteer experience in business, human services, education, or workforce industry.
• High School Diploma or Equivalency.
• One year experience with AmeriCorps or other forms of national or international service as a staff person and/or enrolled member.
• Knowledge of and ability to learn web-based data-based applications.
• Excellent time management and negotiation, conflict management, organization skills.
• Must be able to travel as required to worksites and training locations.
• Knowledge of recruitment, selection, supervision and disciplinary practices.
• Criminal background check that meets Agency and AmeriCorps standards.

Responsibilities

• Recruit AmeriCorps members, coordinate training, and place 10 to 50 members across ME/NH.
• Case manage, document, and report on member activities and host site operations.
• Communicate with program managers and staff about operations and needs.
• Represent the agency at meetings and collaborate with partners and the AmeriCorps network.
