Job summary

Blueprint Schools Network is seeking AmeriCorps Math Fellows to deliver intensive, small-group math instruction inside partner schools. Fellows will build student confidence, strengthen foundational math skills, and help students reach their potential through structured onboarding, coaching, and collaborative planning.

As part of the AmeriCorps program, fellows receive a bi-weekly living stipend, professional development, and access to education awards after service completion.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English required; Spanish a plus.
• Commitment to educational equity and working with students.

Responsibilities

• Deliver daily, high-impact math instruction in small groups during the school day.
• Track student progress and adapt instruction based on data.
• Build relationships to foster confidence, engagement, and positive math mindset.
• Collaborate with classroom teachers and AmeriCorps members to align tutoring with classroom instruction.
• Participate in daily planning sessions, coaching, and professional development (up to 72 hours/year).
• Complete required service hours over the school year.
