Job summary

The Superior Court of Arizona in Maricopa County is seeking AmeriCorps PACS members to provide assistance in finding court services, forms, and navigating court processes within a self-service environment. Members will perform a range of customer service tasks for litigants and the general public.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries, participating in trainings, and developing knowledge of community resources to support customers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• US citizenship, national, or permanent resident status required for AmeriCorps.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct customer service to litigants in a self-service environment.
• Handle a variety of requests, inquiries, and complaints from litigants and the public.
• Attend and participate in training and evaluation.
• Assist court customers in finding needed services or locations.
• Become knowledgeable about community resources and provide information as needed.
• Offer surveys and track assistance using computer software.
