Job summary

bp is seeking a Workplace Engineering Manager to oversee end-to-end engineering services for its Americas portfolio. You will lead on electrical, mechanical, fire and security systems, aligning with bp’s risk and compliance standards and ensuring cost-effective asset management across multiple facilities.

The role demands strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration and the ability to drive improvements using Vested methodologies and best-in-class services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical) and PE preferred.
• Experience leading large multi-site engineering services in a multinational.
• Strong budget, risk, and performance management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and manage engineering services for bp Workplace Americas.
• Lead and optimise asset lifespans with planned and reactive maintenance.
• Ensure safety, compliance and performance across regional suppliers.
