Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years facilities management experience.
• Minimum of 5 years business management experience.
• Demonstrated ability to align organizational and business strategies with strong financial analysis.
• Proven skills in communication, vendor management, and scenario planning.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for Operational Excellence across Americas.
• Drive M&A integration and project infrastructure within Americas Operations.
• Oversee +$3M site improvement projects and regional initiatives.
• Collaborate with CBRE site managers on budgeting and forecasts.
• Adopt emerging technologies to align with Keysight goals.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and risk management.
• Conduct regular performance audits and optimize service levels.
• Support infrastructure reliability and innovative solutions for new requirements.
