Aspire Lifestyles seeks a Director, Travel Products & Operations (Americas) to lead the strategic direction, delivery, and optimization of travel products across the Americas. You will act as the senior SME, guiding product plans, implementation, and client partnerships across global and regional teams.

The role demands deep travel industry expertise, strong leadership, and the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives in a technology-driven environment. Travel up to 20–25% is expected.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or master’s degree is a plus.
• 10+ years in the travel industry with leadership experience.
• Experience leading client implementations and large-scale deployments.

Mansioni

• Define and execute the travel product roadmap for the Americas in line with global strategy.
• Lead client implementations, travel technology initiatives, and supplier collaboration.
• Represent the travel organization in discussions with clients and global leadership across the Americas.
• Build and mentor high-performing teams in Product Management, Implementation, and Analysis.
