Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of transfer agency operations, shareholder servicing, and fund structures.
• 10+ years of experience in asset management, transfer agency, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Lead transfer agent governance and oversight across the Americas.
• Manage vendor relationships and governance programs, ensuring SLAs and KPIs meet standards.
• Oversee operational risk, control processes, and incident remediation.
• Drive process improvement, automation, and technology-enabled changes.
• Collaborate with legal, compliance, risk management, technology, and product teams.
