Continental is seeking a Regional Tire Uniformity Manager for the Americas in Sumter, SC. You will oversee tire uniformity across manufacturing facilities, ensuring consistent quality and performance.

This role demands strong leadership, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to drive improvements. The successful candidate will have a engineering or natural science degree, 7+ years of experience in tire manufacturing, and 2+ years in testing and process improvement.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or natural science.
• 7+ years related professional experience.
• Minimum 3-5 years in tire manufacturing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• 2+ years in tire uniformity testing, quality control processes, and manufacturing processes.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actions.
• Excellent project management and cross-functional leadership abilities.
• Willingness to travel frequently across the Americas.
