You will shape strategy, drive performance, and improve working capital across a broad supplier network while aligning with Commercial, Manufacturing, Finance, and Operations leadership.

You will oversee sourcing, logistics, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and profitability; travel 30–40% is expected within the region.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of leadership in supply chain, procurement, logistics, or manufacturing.
• Experience leading S&OP, procurement strategy, inventory, and logistics in manufacturing.
• Proven experience with strategic sourcing, supplier partnerships, and negotiations.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain planning, working capital management, transport, warehousing.
• Track record building high-performing teams and driving change.
• Experience using SAP and analytics in SCM environments.
• Willingness to travel 30–40% within US/Canada/Brazil.
• Experience in chemical/manufacturing/industrial materials sectors.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute Americas supply chain and procurement strategy.
• Lead regional S&OP to align demand, supply, and capacity.
• Direct procurement for key materials and services with cost competitiveness.
• Design regional logistics networks to improve service and total delivered cost.
• Drive inventory optimization and working capital improvements.
• Partner with Commercial, Manufacturing, Finance, and Operations leadership.
• Lead supplier relationship management and contract negotiations.
• Build and lead a high-performing SCM organization.
