Americas Services Sales Leader

BRUSH products enhance the Baker Hughes portfolio of electromechanical equipment, including electric generators, synchronous condensers, electric motors, and control power management systems.

Partner with the best

You will ensure compliance with standards, develop people and processes continuously, manage budgets and resources effectively, and provide your team with the tools needed to meet project commitments. You will develop the annual plan for your function based on the strategic plan for the service unit and participate in discussions about the future of the business.

The America’s Sales Director will be responsible for:

  • Managing the sales team for the service department across the Americas region.
  • Achieving customer satisfaction and business targets related to revenues, margin, and cash collections.
  • Understanding financial data associated with the business and collaborating with multiple teams to integrate data into a centralized service management system.
  • Leading the service revenue initiatives in the Americas and managing a multi-site business (Pittsburgh, Houston, and Brazil campuses).
  • Collaborating with the commercial team to execute growth strategies, including hiring, cost optimization, and margin expansion.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college and have 5+ years of manufacturing services sales management experience, preferably with a global company.
  • Possess significant experience in Sales Business Operations, ideally in a global role with aftermarket projects.
  • Have strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Demonstrate the ability to lead programs and projects.
  • Be able to travel on short notice.
