LVI Associates is seeking a General Manager for the Americas to lead sales, operations, and strategy for the region from the United States. The role offers high visibility with global leadership and a broad remit across utilities, EPCs, and channel partners to drive growth and profitability.

You will build a high‑performing commercial organization, expand customer relationships, negotiate contracts, and align product, engineering, and operations to market opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute a comprehensive commercial strategy for the Americas market.
• Drive revenue growth through direct engagement with utilities, end users, OEMs, EPC firms, and channel partners.
• Develop market expansion plans designed to increase customer penetration and market share.
• Lead contract negotiations and support strategic commercial initiatives from opportunity identification through award.
• Establish and strengthen relationships with key decision makers across the utility and power grid landscape.
• Build, manage, and optimize distributor, representative, and strategic partner networks throughout the region.
• Collaborate with engineering, product management, operations, and global leadership teams to address customer requirements and market opportunities.
• Improve forecasting accuracy, commercial performance, pricing discipline, and profitability.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and development to regional sales and business development personnel.
• Identify emerging market trends and translate customer needs into actionable growth opportunities.
