Datacolor’s Techkon USA, part of a global color management leader, seeks a Sales Director for Print & Packaging in the Americas. The role leads the NA & SA regional sales org, driving revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion with strategic and operational leadership.

Global travel and cross-functional collaboration are expected. The position requires 5–7+ years in regional sales management, B2B/B2C experience, and CRM expertise, with remote/US locations considered for the right

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a business related field preferred.
• 5-7 years+ of experience in regional sales management.
• B2B sales experience is a must; B2C is a plus.
• Experience in color management print/packaging industry preferred.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer requirements.
• Willingness to travel and work in a global team.

Responsibilities

• Develops a commercial strategy and annual sales plan for the NA market.
• Provides monthly analysis and reporting of regional sales performance.
• Leads go-to-market plans for new products.
• Recruits, trains, and develops NA Sales team (employees and agents).
• Coordinates sales ops with all departments of the company.
• Maintains relationships with customers and seeks new opportunities.
• Develops market development plans to penetrate new markets.
• Assists in marketing plan development and implementation.
• Provides feedback to senior management on market performance.
• Maintains pricing, sales, and activity records; coaches EEs in proposals.
