Job summary

Sandisk is seeking a strategic, consumer-focused Senior Manager, Regional Social Media Marketing to shape how the brand shows up across social and creator channels in the Americas, including the U.S., Canada, and Latin America.

This role will lead social activation, creator, gamer and influencer driven engagement and define how Sandisk connects with people through meaningful moments, thoughtful storytelling, and culturally relevant experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• 10+ years in social media and creator marketing within a consumer brand or fast-paced consumer environment.
• Experience leading consumer brands with emphasis on relevance and audience connection.
• Strong understanding of creators, gamers, and digital culture.
• Experience managing teams and influencing across functions and regions.
• Comfort working across North America and Latin America with cultural awareness.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools, analytics platforms and retail activation strategies.
• Multilingual capability or experience across diverse regional markets.
• Strong business judgement and ability to turn data into recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional social activation and creator strategy across the Americas with a clear brand POV.
• Develop programs connecting Sandisk to moments that matter to consumers, from launches to cultural tentpoles.
• Develop creator and influencer partnerships that feel natural and relevant for each platform.
• Grow audiences and engagement with content rooted in consumer insight.
• Collaborate with product, brand, and sales teams to bring integrated campaigns to life.
• Lead and coach a high-performing team with clear expectations and outcomes.
• Represent the Americas social media function within the Consumer Business.
• Track, measure, and report performance to inform future decisions and improve results.
