Job summary

Kani Solutions Inc. seeks a Sr. Specialist, Social Media, Influencer Marketing, and Paid Digital Media to lead regional programs across the Americas and bring our brand storytelling to life in entertainment, technology, and culture.

You will localize global strategies for the U.S. and LATAM, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive measurable impact across B2B and B2C audiences. Fluency in English and Spanish is required, with Portuguese a plus.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of influencer marketing, social media marketing and paid digital media experience.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal) required.
• Experience as SME or regional lead for social/influencer marketing in US & LATAM.
• Creative, pop-culture savvy with evidence of authentic influencer activation.
• Ability to manage multi-platform campaigns and work with YouTube creators at regional level.
• Knowledge of paid social/digital media basics and optimization.
• Experience creating/posting graphics with Canva/Adobe tools.
• Experience with social publishing and analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

• Localize and execute global social, influencer and paid media strategies for the Americas.
• Develop region-specific social and influencer programs to deepen engagement and reach.
• Collaborate with marketing, creative, PR, agency partners and external partners.
• Ensure activations are planned, executed and optimized; deliver measurable impact.
