Job summary

Roboyo is seeking a Regional Operator for the Americas to support PMO governance, staffing, and delivery enablement. You will help standardize delivery frameworks, track progress, and coordinate with regional leadership on staffing, finances, and project health.

You will work with Finance, Sales, and Delivery teams to ensure timely reporting, data quality, and effective use of AI accelerators across the region.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in consulting, PMO, or business support.
• Experience with PMO frameworks, governance, and delivery artefacts.
• Familiarity with staffing or project/resource management tools.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills for trackers and reports.
• Clear written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Support Americas PMO governance and leadership reporting.
• Coordinate delivery frameworks, templates, and governance cadences.
• Maintain Kantata as the region’s project tracking system.
• Track regional P&L, utilization, and forecast data.
• Assist staffing proposals and capacity planning.
• Produce operational dashboards for regional leadership.
