Job summary

Aman Group Sarl is seeking an experienced Senior Hotel Pre-Opening Manager to coordinate all pre-opening milestones, manage logistics, budgets, and staffing plans, and ensure documentation and clear communication with corporate and regional teams.

You will lead cross-regional collaboration, support OS&E budgeting, and train staff on project management tools while traveling to openings as needed in a luxury, multi-location environment.

Qualifications

• At least four (4) years of senior hotel management operational experience as a Director of Rooms, F&B, Operations or Hotel Manager.
• Experience in hotel openings is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple regions and stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support coordination of all steps within the pre-opening milestones.
• Manage logistical tasks related to new openings and maintain project documentation.
• Assist in data entry tasks and ensure clear internal communication.
• Develop a manning guide based on forecasted occupancy and property scope.
• Assist with pre-opening budgets and OS&E budgets per Aman Group standards.
• Maintain pre-opening administration and correspondence with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with New Openings team and regional colleagues.
• Provide on-property support during opening countdown and travel to openings when required.
• Train corporate and property colleagues on the project management system.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and efficiency.
