Cytiva in Marlborough, MA, is seeking a Regional Marketing Director, Americas, to translate global marketing strategy into a regional growth plan and drive funnel performance across the Americas market. You will partner with sales leadership, own regional marketing investments, and lead a team to deliver launch activation and demand generation.

This on-site role requires 10+ years in B2B marketing and proven financial accountability within marketing, sales, or product management.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Long-standing experience in B2B marketing.
• Proven track record in owning financial accountability in marketing, sales, and/or product management roles.
• Strong leadership and planning skills in matrixed and multicultural environments.
• Experience translating global strategy into regional outcomes.
• Ability to deploy resources in line with business objectives.
• Experience translating customer behaviors and market trends into business strategy.

Responsabilidades

• Translate global marketing strategy into a regional growth plan, making decisions on market prioritization, customer targeting, demand generation, launch activation, and marketing investment across the Americas region.
• Own performance vs plan for Americas commercial marketing funnel metrics and optimize marketing channel performance in support of these goals.
• Partner with Americas sales leadership to shape go-to-market strategies, identify growth opportunities, and address performance gaps vs plan.
• Act as the voice of the commercial marketing organization, bringing market and customer insights to support portfolio, campaign, and other business decisions.
• Coach and develop a team of commercial marketing managers, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and strategic clarity.
