Job summary

NOV is looking for a Regional Logistics Manager based in Houston, Texas. This key role involves leading logistics execution across the Americas from our Global Logistics Center, ensuring safe and timely deliveries while managing a team of Transportation Planners. Candidates should have over 10 years of logistics experience and demonstrated leadership skills.

The successful candidate will oversee both day-to-day transportation operations and manage complex shipments, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborate with internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Proven leadership experience both on‑site and remote managing execution teams.
• Strong knowledge of Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
• Experience in managing complex, project-based logistics.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional logistics operations ensuring safe, compliant, and on‑time delivery.
• Manage a team of Transportation Planners within a TMS environment.
• Oversee a Project Specialist team for large, complex shipments.
• Directly support transportation execution activities and issue resolution.
• Act as the primary escalation point for critical shipments.
