Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Regional Director Logistics to lead the Americas logistics operations, overseeing regional teams and ensuring compliant, efficient movement of clinical trial materials across the supply chain.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and experience in governing transportation partners, service levels, and risk management to deliver high-quality service and cost-effective solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree ideally within Economics/Business; 5 years logistics/transportation experience may substitute for education.
• Five years of proven logistics/transportation experience in CRO or international logistics.
• Five years of prior leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to the Global Logistics Operating Plan and regional strategy.
• Manages day-to-day operations of the regional team and ensures budget adherence.
• Ensures compliance with external regulatory requirements (IATA, Ministries of Health).
• Drives continuous improvement, develops global processes and performance metrics.
