Amer Sports seeks a seasoned Logistics Projects Americas Director to oversee multi-country distribution and transport projects valued between $10M and $50M. You will drive D2C transformation, optimize costs, and integrate IT systems to strengthen regional supply chain resilience, with a focus on NAM and potential global impact.

The role requires 10+ years in logistics and 8+ years of team leadership, a master’s preferred, and strong vendor/stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Logistics / Warehousing / Transport with project experience.
• 8+ years leading a regional/national team.
• Master’s degree in supply chain, logistics or engineering preferred; bachelor’s plus experience may be considered.
• Spanish language is a significant asset for regional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of Distribution & Transportation projects valued $10M–$50M.
• Drive D2C transformation and optimize operational costs.
• Lead end-to-end project execution including budgets, resources and IT infrastructure.
• Establish tracking, risk management, and clear communication to executives.
• Mentor a regional project management team focused on NAM with global exposure.
