Qualifications

• 7+ years in retail logistics or B2B distribution.
• 2+ years of direct people management.
• Strong data literacy and cost-down strategy experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Americas retail logistics operations for existing accounts and new launches.
• Own cost-to-serve analysis and freight cost-down initiatives.
• Coordinate with Sales, Trade Compliance, and Global Logistics for expansions.
• Manage a team of two logistics reports and mentor their growth.
