Job summary

POLYVANTIS Americas Logistics Manager oversees regional logistics across North America, coordinating the flow of finished goods from plants to customers and managing exports and imports with a focus on cost efficiency and regulatory compliance.

Collaborating with procurement, production, and external providers, you will ensure inbound raw material flow, inventory accuracy, and timely delivery while driving process improvements using SAP S/4 Hana for enhanced visibility.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma skills desired
• Versed on SAP S/4 Hana TM, IM and EWM modules
• Minimum 5 years’ experience on the field
• Able to travel

Responsibilities

• Oversee regional logistics flow from POLYVANTIS plants to customers across North America.
• Manage export/import flows and coordinate cross-border operations.
• Coordinate inbound logistics for raw materials with production teams.
• Monitor and control logistics costs to meet budgets monthly.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising service.
• Report logistics cost performance and variances.
• Handle import/export logistics including documentation and customs clearance.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, carriers, customs brokers.
• Ensure compliance with trade laws across the U.S., Canada, Brazil.
• Maintain physical inventory accuracy with audits.
• Support procurement with timely raw material flow.
• Build relationships with suppliers and logistics providers.
• Identify process improvements to boost efficiency.
• Use SAP S4 to enhance visibility and data-driven decisions.
• Mitigate risks in supply and distribution flows.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external providers.
• Serve as key contact for logistics challenges.
