Lead transformation, ensure operational excellence, and champion a culture of continuous development across regional teams within a global tech leader.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of regional benefits leadership in a multinational environment.
• Deep expertise in health & welfare plan design and retirement plan administration.
• Strong knowledge of ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, FMLA, ACA and related regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional benefits strategy across multiple countries, aligning with business goals and regulatory needs.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to balance employee advocacy with business objectives.
• Develop and mentor country-level benefits experts to deliver high-quality programs.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of health, savings, and leave programs across regions/countries.
• Manage third-party benefit providers and vendors with performance oversight.
