Job summary

AXA XL in the United States seeks a strategic Head of Middle Market, Americas. This role carries full P&L responsibility and leads the Middle Market Underwriting unit, reporting to the CEO Americas as part of the Leadership team.

You will guide strategy, risk assessment, portfolio management, and relationship-building with brokers and clients to drive profitable growth across AXA XL’s lines of business.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of the Americas P&C insurance market and underwriting techniques.
• Strong relationships with critical distribution partners.
• Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams to achieve objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a profitable growth strategy for the Middle Market, Americas.
• Define and drive underwriting excellence and portfolio management.
