Job summary

White & Case LLP is seeking a highly qualified M&A attorney to support and execute complex domestic and cross-border transactions for multinational clients. The role involves advising on regulatory compliance, structures, and strategic implications across jurisdictions.

You will draft and negotiate transaction documents, coordinate due diligence, and collaborate with tax, finance, and enforcement counsel to deliver seamless deals.

Qualifications

• LL.M., J.D., or US-equivalent law degree plus 3 years of related experience.
• Admitted to New York State Bar.
• Experience with multi-jurisdictional M&A and fund structures.
• Strong drafting and negotiation of transaction documents.
• Experience advising on regulatory compliance and risk.

Responsibilities

• Support and execute domestic and cross-border M&A and related deals.
• Draft and negotiate purchase and merger agreements and related documents.
• Coordinate due diligence focusing on fund structures and regulatory risk.
• Advise on regulatory compliance throughout the transaction lifecycle.
• Engage with regulators and prepare filings and notices.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless execution.
