Job summary

Cadmus is expanding its Learning Support team in the Americas and seeks a remote Learning Support Manager to train academics, design scaffolded assessments, and ensure fast, expert help for universities across the region.

You will deliver trainings, steward the Help Centre, and collaborate with Product and Commercial teams to improve support tools, with quarterly reviews and an emphasis on pedagogy-driven quality.

Qualifications

• Experience in learning design, academic development or university teaching, or in an education-focused customer success role.
• Strong grasp of assessment design and pedagogy, and the confidence to advise academics on it.
• Experience designing and running training, workshops and webinars for academics or other professional audiences.
• Fluent written and spoken English, with clear, warm writing.
• Comfort with software and learning platforms and helping others learn them.
• Ability to build trust with academics quickly and maintain relationships across the semester.
• Organizational skills across many academics, courses and deadlines.
• Comfort working remotely across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Train academics and partners across the Americas, helping design assessments anchored in pedagogy.
• Develop and deliver training sessions, workshops and webinars.
• Oversee Help Centre and support documentation; route technical issues to the right teams.
• Collaborate with Product and Commercial teams to improve support tools and processes.
• Lead quarterly business reviews and manage referral program for new academics.
