Jobgether SRL is seeking a Learning Support Manager for the Americas, a remote, full-time role focused on helping universities bridge educational goals with students’ learning experiences. You will lead training sessions, workshops, and webinars while ensuring timely, high-quality support to academics and students.

Qualificações

• Experience in learning design or academic development.

Responsabilidades

• Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and webinars for academics.
• Advise on assessment design and learning quality standards.
• Oversee support operations across the Americas and ensure timely responses.
• Maintain and improve Help Centre and educational resources.
• Build relationships with university partners and conduct quarterly business reviews.
• Identify opportunities to improve learning resources and internal processes.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Sales, Operations, and Product teams to share feedback.
• Support onboarding and adoption of new university partners and ensure consistent, high-quality experience.
