Job summary

Siemens is seeking a seasoned IT leader to serve as the primary IT partner to SI EA Americas leadership. You will shape a regional IT strategy aligned with global priorities and business growth, based in Wendell, NC with a hybrid work setup.

You will lead a geographically distributed team, manage budgets and vendor relationships, and drive manufacturing IT enablement, cybersecurity, and enterprise transformation initiatives across factories and offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Engineering, Business, or similar from an accredited university.
• 15+ years IT leadership experience.
• 10+ years supporting manufacturing, industrial, engineering, or operational environments.
• Proven success leading large-scale business and technology transformations.
• Experience leading geographically distributed teams.
• Background in financial and operational management.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Travel up to 20% domestically and/or internationally.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary IT partner to SI EA Americas business leadership.
• Develop regional IT strategy aligned with global priorities and business growth.
• Lead, mentor, and grow the regional IT organization across multiple sites.
• Manage regional budgets, investments, and vendor relationships.
• Ensure scalable, secure IT operations across manufacturing sites, warehouses, and offices.
• Partner with factory leadership on digital manufacturing, cybersecurity, and OT connectivity.
• Drive regional transformation programs, including Sherpa X initiative and global ERP adoption.
• Advance the use of Data & AI and enterprise platforms across the organization.
• Enable change management through stakeholder engagement and clear communication.
