Job summary

Siemens is seeking a Senior IT Infrastructure Lead to drive infrastructure strategy and readiness across North America. Location options include Alpharetta/Peachtree Corners GA or Dallas–Fort Worth TX, with a focus on scalable, secure IT for new factories and expansions.

You will lead a small team, own demand and delivery, and partner with IT groups to evaluate technologies, manage cost, and strengthen resilience across regional sites. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in multi-site IT infrastructure and governance.
• 3+ years leading cross-functional technical teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead WAN/LAN/server/cloud/hybrid infrastructure strategy and architecture.
• Direct infrastructure readiness for factory growth and expansions.
• Own demand, budgeting, and delivery for infrastructure initiatives.
• Lead professionals across connectivity, cybersecurity, and related domains.
• Collaborate with internal project teams and corporate IT groups.
• Evaluate technologies and communicate risks and budget implications.
• Guide incident response and resilience improvements.
