Job summary

DYWIDAG Monitoring seeks a Business Development Engineer to expand in the Americas, including the United States, Canada and Latin America. The role blends technical insight with hands-on sales and opportunity conversion.

You will build relationships with transportation authorities, consultants and contractors, prepare proposals and pricing, and participate in industry events while supporting the full sales cycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level engineering or related degree.
• Experience in infrastructure monitoring or engineering solutions.
• Strong communication, presentation and relation-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth for the monitoring business across the Americas.
• Build relationships with transportation authorities, consultants and contractors.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals, pricing and tender submissions.
• Conduct market research and opportunity tracking for regional development.
• Represent the company at conferences and customer meetings.
• Support opportunities through the full sales cycle and CRM data management.
