Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Head of Americas Professional Services to provide strategic leadership and operational ownership for delivering professional services across Canada, the United States, and Latin America.

You will drive end-to-end delivery, optimize workflows, and partner with regional leaders to achieve customer outcomes, adoption, and revenue growth while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Senior leader with 10+ years of experience in professional services, clinical consulting, management consulting, healthcare technology, and/or a delivery-oriented function within the Americas.
• Proven track record overseeing complex customer engagements with strong people and team development, customer service, solutions adoption, and financial performance.
• Healthcare or medical devices and oncology experience required.
• Regional strategic leadership and cross-cultural collaboration across Canada, the United States, and Latin America.
• Customer engagement, adoption, and change management.
• Operational, financial, and delivery excellence.
• Excellent in leveraging business tools including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for communication, analysis, reporting, and presentations.
• Possesses strong product and industry knowledge to deliver impactful demonstrations and manage regional priorities and growth.
• Willingness to travel 50-75% across Americas.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the Americas Professional Services strategy across Canada, the United States, and Latin America.
• Translate global frameworks into scalable operating models and plans for regulatory, commercial, cultural, language, and customer needs.
• Lead end-to-end delivery balancing regional consistency with local requirements.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, PM, Clinical Services, Education, Applications, Service, and other functions.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, capacity planning, and resource utilization.
