Qualifications

10+ years of healthcare experience spanning service line operations, strategy, transformation, growth planning, or business development.
Proven track record in developing and managing business cases, financial plans, and strategic growth initiatives.
Experience influencing stakeholders and leading cross-functional teams in a complex, matrixed organization.
Master's degree required; MBA, MHA, or clinical advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Strategic Initiative Development: identify, develop, and advance short- and long-term strategic initiatives aligned with North America Enterprise Services priorities; evaluate business cases.
Go-to-Market & Commercial Execution: support market approaches, shape commercial narrative, and enable field tools for sales teams.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement: collaborate across a matrix of stakeholders to align around patient pathways and integrated value propositions.
Capability Building & Cross-Functional Leadership: lead development of capabilities and program structures with BL/BA priorities; drive cross-functional alignment and performance.
