PPG is seeking a high-impact Refinish Americas Strategy & Marketing Director based in Pittsburgh. The role combines strategic planning, product management, marketing operations and business development to drive growth and transformation.

Qualifications

Minimum of 10 years of strategy, marketing, business development or related roles within industrial, manufacturing or B2B environments.
Proven ability to develop and execute business strategies that deliver sustainable growth.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities, with experience evaluating market opportunities and investment priorities.
Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders across regions.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of regional and global strategic plans and growth initiatives.
Align business strategy with customer needs and market opportunities through data-driven decision making.
