Job summary

PPG Industries seeks a strategic, commercially oriented Vice President of Finance to lead the global business finance function from our Pittsburgh, PA headquarters. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• MBA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent advanced qualification preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience within a global, complex organization.
• Strong track record of driving profitability improvement, performance management, and business transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide financial performance management and profitability initiatives.
• Partner with senior leadership to provide actionable financial insights and strategic guidance.
• Drive working capital optimization and capital efficiency.
• Transform the finance function to be a proactive strategic partner with enhanced data, dashboards, and analytics.
• Lead and develop Finance Directors supporting multiple business units and corporate functions.
• Coordinate with Controllership, Treasury, Tax, Investor Relations, and M&A to deliver integrated financial leadership.
• Oversee strategic planning, annual operating plans, long-range planning, and investment decision support.
