Job summary

Balyasny Asset Management L.P. is seeking an accomplished Americas Facilities & Workplace Experience Manager to oversee daily operations of the NY offices and provide strategic leadership for facilities across the Americas.

You will manage vendors, budget, space planning, and workplace standards, collaborating with global corporate services to align with corporate goals. You will supervise local staff, drive cost optimization, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead initiatives in sustainability

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in facilities management, business administration, or related field preferred.
• 7+ years of facilities management experience, with at least 3 years in a multi-site or regional role.
• Proven experience managing vendors and large, complex budgets with full OPEX and CAPEX accountability.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills; ability to influence stakeholders across a regional organization.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership & Partnership: Partner with Head of Global Corporate Services on facilities management across the Americas.
• New York Campus Operations: Supervise local facilities staff and coordinate maintenance and services for the New York offices.
• Vendor Management: Negotiate contracts, monitor performance, and ensure SLAs and quality standards.
• Budget & Financial Stewardship: Own and manage the Americas facilities budget, forecast, report, and optimize costs.
• Space Planning & Workplace Strategy: Oversee space planning tools and collaborate on floor plans, furniture, and standards.
• Compliance & Reporting: Ensure compliance with regulations and prepare facilities management reports for leadership.
• Project Leadership & Innovation: Lead facilities projects and drive efficiency, sustainability, and new solutions.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
