Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated, based in New York, seeks an Americas Account Director – Operations Leadership to drive strategic client leadership, PMO governance, and hard services delivery across a multi-site portfolio in the Americas. You will own the account P&L and partner with PDS for capital projects and transformation programs.

This role requires a 10+ year track record in facilities management or corporate real estate, with at least 5 years in senior leadership managing >$10M annually,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related technical field.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in facilities management, engineering, or corporate real estate, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing complex accounts.
• Subject matter expertise in hard services with integrated facilities management focus.
• Demonstrated experience establishing PMO functions with oversight of capital project portfolios.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with data-driven approach to operations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary strategic contact for the client, building deep relationships with key stakeholders and understanding evolving business needs.
• Lead PMO governance structures and oversee capital improvements with PDS across the portfolio.
• Drive financial performance with budget development, forecasting, and cost optimization.
• Lead and develop teams of engineering and facilities management professionals.
• Ensure consistent project delivery and collaboration across multiple functions.
