Job summary

Brother International Corporation is seeking a Senior Manager, Enterprise Compliance (Americas) to drive governance, program management, and analytics across the Americas. You will partner with Legal, Supply Chain, HR, and Internal Audit to strengthen risk controls and reporting.

The role requires 8+ years in compliance-related fields, a strong governance mindset, and the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Legal Studies, Compliance, Risk Management, Public Administration, Finance, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in compliance, legal operations, risk management, governance, audit, or related fields.
• Experience supporting regulatory inquiries, audits, assessments, or compliance reviews and leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and enhancement of Americas compliance governance framework.
• Coordinate compliance activities across U.S., Canada, and Latin America for consistent policy application.
• Monitor regulatory developments and update processes, policies, and procedures.
• Develop and maintain compliance dashboards, scorecards, and reporting tools.
• Lead strategic assessments, roadmaps, and multi-year plans for compliance initiatives.
• Deliver compliance training and awareness programs; track effectiveness and metrics.
