Job summary

Otis Worldwide Corporation is seeking a Director, Supplier Quality Lead, Americas to steer supplier quality strategy across North and Latin America. The role oversees Florence, SC operations and regional teams, emphasizing risk management, PPAP, supplier development, and continuous improvement to support Otis manufacturing, service, and customer requirements.

You will partner with Supply Chain, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality leadership to drive performance, establish a forward-looking

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required.
10+ years of progressive experience in Supplier Quality leadership.
Experience leading multi-site and geographically dispersed teams.
Knowledge of Supplier Quality systems including PPAP, APQP, PFMEA, auditing, and corrective actions.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the Americas supplier quality strategy aligned with global objectives.
Lead and develop a team of 15 Supplier Quality professionals across Florence, 3PL operations, and Latin America.
Drive supplier quality excellence across a complex regional base with compliance to Otis standards.
Oversee supplier qualification, process certification, PPAP, corrective actions, audits, and supplier development.
