Qualifications

• 5–8 years of relevant experience leading complex cross-functional programs.
• Experience in supplier development and sourcing.
• Ability to manage governance and reporting to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute supply-base diversification and supplier development strategies.
• Own a portfolio of complex supply chain programs and drive milestones.
• Partner with regional managers, validate business cases, and track benefits.
• Build integrated program roadmaps with scope, milestones, and dependencies.
• Lead cross-functional teams and resolve conflicting priorities.
• Establish governance, ownership, escalation paths, and cadence.
• Lead supplier transitions, qualifications, and launch-readiness activities.
• Identify and mitigate program and supplier risks with action plans.
• Monitor performance against schedule, budget, savings, and readiness.
• Ensure resources and executive support to achieve objectives.
• Prepare concise executive updates and decision materials.
• Contribute to supplier-risk mitigation and resilience planning.
• Promote disciplined program-management practices and lessons learned.
