Job summary

Nordson is seeking a Customer Service Supervisor to lead the PPS Americas CS team, delivering exceptional support to domestic and international customers while driving aftermarket growth. You will oversee team performance, order management, and spare parts sales within the NBS Next framework.

You will work with regional sales managers and key customers to identify growth opportunities, ensure timely, accurate service, and continuously improve processes in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales support roles.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated accountability with customer requests and timelines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with CRM systems such as C4C is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise the Americas Customer Service team including hiring and training.
• Coordinate front-end processes across the product portfolio for consistency.
• Provide service support to domestic and international customers and sales managers.
• Support aftermarket parts sales and respond to quotations under NBS Next.
• Develop annual spare parts sales plans with pricing strategies and profitability goals.
• Create action plans for Top Customers to win or recover opportunities.
• Identify growth opportunities and report them to management.
