Alleima USA LLC is seeking an entry‑level Commercial Operations Associate for the Americas Primary products to support the Regional Sales & Marketing Manager. You will interact with customers, internal teams, and our Swedish manufacturing partner to drive growth across the Americas.

The role emphasizes market development, business development support, and sustaining strong customer relationships while gaining exposure to international commercial processes and industrial manufacturing dynamics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant professional experience may substitute.
• 0–3 years of professional experience.
• Internship, co-op, or other relevant commercial experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop the Market: Identify new markets, customers, industries, and opportunities across the Americas.
• Support Business Development: Generate leads and support customer visits, meetings, trade shows, growth initiatives.
• Build Customer Relationships: Engage with customers and ensure timely follow-up throughout the process.
• Coordinate Commercial Activities: Connect customers, the Americas sales organization, and Swedish manufacturing for execution.
• Manage Opportunities: Support quotations, proposals, pipeline management, forecasting, and follow-up of sales opportunities.
• Provide Market Intelligence: Monitor trends, customer needs, competitors, and industry developments.
• Drive Commercial Execution: Follow up on orders, open actions, and customer issues, ensuring timely resolution.
• Support Regional Growth: Prepare analyses, reports, and presentations contributing to Americas growth.
