Job summary

Forza Silicon, a Business Unit of AMETEK, is seeking a Manager of Business Development (Americas) to drive growth in standard and custom CMOS image sensor programs. You will identify opportunities, expand strategic accounts, shape long‑cycle sensor programs, and represent Forza to engineering and executive customers. ITAR requires U.S.

citizenship or permanent residence. Responsibilities include refining growth strategies, developing channels, and generating new qualified leads.

Qualifications

Technical degree with strong business acumen.
10-15 years of progressive BD/marketing/sales leadership experience.
Understanding CMOS tech, digital/analog design, test electronics, and camera electronics.
Ability to use AI tools to improve productivity and decision-making, and to assess AI outputs.
Willingness to travel globally and present a business plan.
Excellent interpersonal skills and entrepreneurial mindset.
Strong English written and spoken communication; relevant network in image sensor markets.

Responsibilities

U.S. citizen (ITAR).
Technical degree and 3+ years BD/technical sales in semiconductors, imaging, photonics, or related fields.
Negotiate, communicate, and build long-term trust-based customer relationships.
Travel 30%-50%.
